docs: lttng-sessiond(8): bitness mix-up in env variable name

The section about the --consumerd64-path parameter erroneously refers to
the 32-bit consumer daemon binary environment
variable (LTTNG_CONSUMERD32_BIN).

It is modified to mention LTTNG_CONSUMERD64_BIN.
