cleanup: Remove redefinition of CHAR_BIT

Remove the redefinition of CHAR_BIT in 'lttng/ust-tracer.h', it is
defined in 'limits.h' by all major Linux libc and even other Unices.

Explicitly include <limits.h> in all files using CHAR_BIT.
