Add library version information

Add library version information

Following the guidelines from libtool
(http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/manual/html_node/Updating-version-info.htm)
this patch add version information to the distributed libraries.
For the next release, the version will be 1:0:0.
It will need to be updated before each release.
