Fix: Use MSG_NOSIGNAL when calling sendmsg()

Applications using the liblttng-ctl library are most probably
not expecting the SIGPIPE signal which can be triggered by
sendmsg() on a closed socket. Use the MSG_NOSIGNAL flag to
handle such cases gracefully.
