fix: use urcu-tls compat with c++ compiler

  * Initialize all fields of 'struct urcu_tls' to avoid :

    sorry, unimplemented: non-trivial designated initializers not supported

  * Cast void* to proper type pointers to avoid :

    error: invalid conversion from ‘void*’ to ...
