tests: Add C versions of gen-ust-events-constructor

Observed issue
==============

The constructor tests exercise only the case where C++ applications
are built.

Solution
========

Adding C test applications allows us the reuse the existing test
infrastructure to cover these cases.

Known drawbacks
===============

None.
