Fix: don't call __builtin_return_address(0) on 32-bit powerpc

Invoking __builtin_return_address(0) corrupts the stack, as previously
noticed for the "ip" context. Disable its use on 32-bit powerpc
everywhere else in the lttng-ust code base.
